Commercial Assessment report identifying the following:
o identify all high-priority IT contracts with a
potential cost reduction savings
o estimate of the total savings by contract
o estimated timeline for savings delivery
First year cost reduction savings on each re-negotiated contract (minimum target of 15%)
Similar savings on future operational IT costs for multi-year contracts
